TSU Vice Chancellor Bako Celebrates with The Winning Team

As part of his commitment to fostering student engagement and leadership at Taraba State University, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof.
Sunday Paul Bako, attended the final match of the football tournament between the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Health Sciences at the TSUJ Stadium in Jalingo.
Accompanied by the DVC Administration, Dr. Reuben Jonathan, and the DVC Academic, Dr. Ahmad Baba, the Vice-Chancellor was warmly welcomed by the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Atando Dauda Agbu.
Addressing the players and officials, DVC Administration, Prof. Reuben, emphasized the importance of sportsmanship and encouraged the players to display their football skills while respecting the rules and each other.
Following an exciting match that ended 1-3 in favor of the Faculty of Education, the Vice-Chancellor presented the Golding trophy to the winning team and congratulated all the players for their dedication and fair play throughout the tournament.
In his closing remarks, the Vice-Chancellor urged students to reject violence and embrace the spirit of sportsmanship.”
