DR AUGUSTINA GODWIN FLAGS OFF WORKSHOP ON SAFE SCHOOLS MINIMUM STANDARDS, APPRECIATES NUT FOR ESSENTIAL SCHOOL SUPPLIES

Dr. Augustina Godwin, the honourable Commissioner of Education in Taraba State, has commended the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) Jalingo Branch for their generous support of the free education policy championed by His Excellency, Dr. Agbu Kefas.
The NUT Jalingo Branch donated essential school supplies like chalk and attendance registers to public primary and secondary schools in Jalingo Local Government, aligning with similar efforts in Takum and Wukari LGAs.
At a workshop on Safe Schools Minimum Standards organized by UNICEF today, Dr. Godwin emphasized the importance of creating a conducive learning environment for students and teachers. Participants from various sectors are coming together to ensure that teaching and learning are not disrupted in schools.
