Governor Agbu Kefas has condoled with Daily Trust correspondent in Taraba state, Alhaji Magaji Hunkuyi over the demise of his wife. Mrs Hunkuyi recently passed on after a protracted illness.
In a direct phone call to Hunkuyi, Kefas prayed for the repose of her soul and prayed for the correspondent to have the fortitude to bear the loss. He said the death is painful considering her roles as a wife and mother.
Relatedly, Governor Kefas has reiterated his commitment to journalists welfare, stressing that he would continue to create a conducive working environment for practitioners in the state.
